Ankodi Relationship Therapy is an organization licensed to provide mental health care services. To us, mental health is premised on relationships around us. We therefore, seek to rebuild and improve it. We do so, holding onto our ethos that professional therapy should be affordable, convenient, and accessible.

    Many adults and parents alike seek to understand their true selves and their roles within their families. One effective way to achieve this is by engaging in positive activities as a family, which can foster new interests, strengthen relationships, and promote mental health. It is important to disconnect from technology and connect with one another, value and nurture family connections, and prioritize spending quality time together. Given the stresses of modern society, families should prioritize engaging in self-discovery activities and taking advantage of opportunities such as those offered in partnership with Ankodi. By doing so, families can enjoy the benefits of enhanced emotional and mental wellness.

    As part of Ankodi's series of roundtable health talk, we organized a breakfast meeting in Kisumu where the topic "Do Hurt People Hurt people?". The key output of the meeting brought out the aspect of forgiveness as one of the strategies that could allow people to be oay as they move into new aspect of their lives.

    During the Round table health talk, attendees had the opportunity to interact with experts in a discussion on various topics including "Transitioning from single parenthood to blended families". Attendees appreciated that there were various ways through which they could move on to their new lives without the mental baggage of the old relationships

        Tulizo Club Launch & Menstrupower Campaign
        Ankodi Relationship Therapy and

        Light of Grace Ministries (PA) 

        are excited to launch Tulizo Club, a core pillar of our School Mental Health Programme (SMeHP), giving learners a safe space to share, learn, and grow in resilience.

        Alongside this launch, we will run the Menstrupower Campaign, empowering girls through menstrual health support and breaking stigma around hygiene and reproductive health.
